                    Contact Center Callflows / IVR Backend Engineer
  ¡Buscamos Contact Center Callflows / IVR Backend Engineer, especializado en diseñar, desarrollar y mantener flujos de llamadas, IVR (Interactive Voice Response) y las integraciones backend que permiten que un contact center funcione de forma eficiente!
Si te apasiona el desarrollo backend, los IVR y las arquitecturas de microservicios, esta posición te va a encantar.  
  Requisitos obligatorios
  Experiencia creando workflows con DSLs
   Experiencia con IVR (Interactive Voice Response)   ej. Twilio
  Integraciones de voice bots con DialogFlow CX
   Microservice Architecture
  APIs composition
  RESTful, OpenAPI, Swagger
  Integraciones ESB
  Monitorización: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
  Stack Tecnológico
  Java 11 / 17
  Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, MVC)
  Maven
  Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, MockMVC
   JPA, Oracle, JDBC
  Experiencia trabajando con Azure DevOps
  Inglés ...
