Contact Center Consultant

PrecisionERP/IT Inc. is recruiting for a Contact Centre Solutions Architect for a hybrid/remote CONTRACT starting in June with our partnered client in Winnipeg, MB. They will be responsible to carry out a Contact Centre Assessment aimed at enhancing service delivery through a results-driven approach, where business engagement and consultation are central to identifying and implementing practical focused improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years of experience in public sector contact centre solutions and enterprise acrchitecture
• Experience developing contact centre and customer experience strategies including enterprise roadmaps and IT plans
• Ability to lead end-to-end assessments and translate business needs into actionable recommendations
• Strong experience working with business leaders, SME's and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience working in the utilities domain (NICE TO HAVE)
