Contact Center MIS Analyst: Data Insights & Dashboards

TP is looking for a skilled MIS Analyst to manage and analyze data insights that support operational decision-making in Dubai. Your role includes generating and distributing regular MIS reports, analyzing performance metrics, and developing automated dashboards.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical background, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and advanced proficiency in Excel, along with familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
