Job Description
As a Contact Center Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be is inbound customer service providing technical support and scheduling assistance for Supra electronic lockboxes and access keys.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F, followed by 3 days in the office per week.
+ **Hourly Pay Rate:** $17.00/hr. (with skillset & conversion wage increase opportunities)
+ **Hours of Operation:** 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week.
+ **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week with occasional opportunities for overtime. Flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts.
+ **Location:** This position is **on-site** in Salem, OR, in an office call center environment.
