-Human resources management to call takers and QAA
- KPI management ? Answer rate, Abandoned rate, First call resolution, NPS
- Training for call takers and QAA
- Weekly/monthly call performance analysis and corrective action plan
- Call performance evaluation to call takers
- Monthly Contact center operation report
- Contact center expense arrangement
- Strong complaint clearance from consumers/customers, as 2nd layer (1st: call taker, 3rd: ASS manager)
- Management of facilities of Contact center such as PBX, IVR and etc. 

[자격요건]
Experience of Call center works of 7 years including call taker/QAA background. 
Consumer Electronics company work experiences preferred.
