Job Details:

Location: Greenwich

*Company transport available from Woodlands / Serangoon / Tampines

Working Hours:  5 days' work weeks shift work including weekends & PH

• 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm / 11.00am – 8.30pm OR

• 3.00pm – 12.00am ($9 shift allowance) OR

• 12.00am – 9.00am ($12 shift allowance)

Salary: $2,800 monthly + shift allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls and email enquiries

• Provide follow-up and accurately log call details into the system

Requirements:
Singaporeans only
Customer service experience will be advantageous but not mandatory
