About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Central Contact Centre in Eastwood. This role can be undertaken full-time or part-time, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers, providing professional and compassionate service while booking medical imaging appointments. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment, where your communication skills and care will make a real difference.
