• Ensure all internal processes and procedures are adhered to.
• Customer satisfaction and quality
• Building relationships and rapport with both colleagues and existing customers.
• Answering inbound calls
• Assisting with customer queries
• Taking and processing orders
• Working with other departments to handle escalations
• Handling customer complaints
• Conducting follow-ups
