To organize day-to-day activities related to the operations of call center.
To perform inbound and outbound calls for campaigns.
To obtain and maintain data.
To answer queries of donors & other callers.
To ensure timely submission of reports.
To call potential donors for follow up of donations.
Remain calm and never argue with a donor or needy person.
Any other related task assigned by seniors.
Job Specification:
Education must be at least Intermediate.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Good verbal, written and active listening skills.
Ability to use MS Office, CRM software & phone systems.
Strong empathy, patience and de-escalation skills to handle variety of callers.
