The Role
The role of Contact Centre Consultant involves successfully servicing inbound and outbound existing members enquiries. You will actively provide a high service experience for the business, representing the facility and Genesis in positive and professional manner.
Contact Centre Consultants primary responsibility is to achieve individual and team goals and targets as they relate to servicing our members as set out by the Team Leader.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, an exceptional telephone manner, strong problem solving skills and competent in the use of major software applications (Microsoft Office).
This position will be based at our Genesis Bentley WA club location.
