What You’ll Be Doing

• Coach and develop General Insurance call centre consultants to lift sales capability and performance
• Design and deliver targeted one-on-one and group coaching programs using evidence-based frameworks
• Identify performance gaps and drive measurable improvements in conversion, quality, and customer outcomes
• Embed consistent sales behaviours in a fast-paced, metrics- and compliance-driven environment
• Play a key role in building a high performance, customer-focused sales culture
