Compensation

Salary range: 64,100 - 78,300.

Annual bonus target: 7.5% of base salary with potential payout up to double the target, based on personal and company performance.

Employee Share Purchase Plan and a defined‑benefit pension plan offering guaranteed income for life are also included.
