The way buyers find software has changed. A growing share of discovery, research, and shortlisting now happens inside large language models Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and the AI-powered search surfaces that are replacing the traditional results page. When a lab manager or quality director asks an LLM to recommend a LIMS, Confience needs to be the answer.
