Role Description:
A Content & Community Manager develops and manages a brand's content strategy while building and nurturing an engaged online community. They create content that resonates with audiences, drive engagement, and foster loyalty across social media, forums, and other platforms.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies across blogs, social media, newsletters, and other channels
- Create, edit, and curate engaging content (text, images, video) aligned with brand voice
- Manage online communities, including forums, social media groups, and fan bases
- Respond to community inquiries, comments, and feedback professionally
- Analyze engagement metrics and optimize content and community initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Plan and run community events, webinars, or campaigns to boost engagement
