Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Overview
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager for Optimum Tech. This role is responsible for end-to-end video content creation and social media management across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube. The candidate will plan, shoot, edit, post content, and manage basic engagement while representing the brand's voice and visual identity online.
Key Responsibilities
Create regular short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and basic visual posts
We make podcasts, should be able to edit podcast videos and make them social media friendly.
Shoot and edit videos for social media using mobile or camera equipment
Edit videos with captions, subtitles, transitions, and background music
Publish content natively on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
Manage social media pages including posting schedules and basic engagement
Respond to comments and messages professionally when required<...
