Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site
Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager
for
Optimum Tech
. This role is responsible for end-to-end video content creation and social media management across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube
. The candidate will plan, shoot, edit, post content, and manage basic engagement while representing the brand's voice and visual identity online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create regular short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and basic visual posts
• We make podcasts, should be able to edit podcast videos and make them social media friendly.
• Shoot and edit videos for social media using mobile or camera equipment
• Edit videos with captions, subtitles, transitions, and background music
• Publish content natively on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
