Content Creator cum Videographer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented TikTok Content Creator to join our growing team. This role focuses on planning, producing, and editing engaging short-form videos that align with brand identity and drive audience engagement. You’ll be working closely with the live host, operation team and will report to Managing Director. Fresh graduates with strong creativity and video editing skills are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Core TikTok Expertise

• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm & trends (hooks, watch time, retention, FYP behavior)
• Proven experience producing high-performing TikTok content (organic + paid is a plus)
• Ability to identify and adapt trending sounds, formats, and challenges quickly
• Familiar with TikTok trends (sounds, formats, challenges, etc.), user behavior, and content ideation
