i98FM, the Illawarra’s No.1 radio station, is on the hunt for a Content Director to lead our Programming Department and drive the creative heartbeat of the station. This is a rare opportunity to influence one of Australia’s strongest regional radio brands and create content that truly connects with our community—on air, online, and everywhere in between.

As a key member of the i98FM Management Team, you’ll lead our on-air talent, newsroom journalists, music programming, social media and podcasts. You’ll be responsible for the overall sound, feel, and on-air direction of the station—making sure everything we produce is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our audience and business goals.
