Content Executive (Catalogue & Digital Content)

Purpose of role: The Content Executive is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising product and catalogue content across Starlink’s E-commerce platforms. The role ensures that product information is accurate, consistent, discoverable, and easy to understand, supporting customer decision-making, organic discoverability, and reliable execution of commercial initiatives. This is an execution-focused, data-aware role operating at scale across large catalogues.

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

1. Product Catalogue & Content Quality

- Create and maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, attributes, and specifications

- Ensure content consistency across categories, brands, and digital touchpoints

- Validate product information for accuracy, completeness, and clarity

- Maintain structured content standards that support customer trust and comparability
