Content Management System Administrator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Content Management System Administrator with a strong understanding of Workday Learning and similar Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining CMS tools to enhance the learner experience. This role involves user administration, data analysis, and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and improve content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure CMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and others to optimize user experience.
• Oversee user administration, including permissions and access settings.
• Analyze learning data, generate reports, and present findings to improve content effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS platforms.
