As we scale beyond YouTube and social into our own mobile app, content inside the app becomes the single biggest driver of retention, watch time, and growth. The BabyBillion app is where kids come to watch, learn, and stay hooked. The Content Manager owns what they see. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Content Manager who will own all content inside the BabyBillion mobile app. This is a creator-operator role. You will not just plan content. You will build content formats from scratch, run experiments, look at retention and engagement numbers, and figure out what kids love to watch and learn from. You will work with a production team of writers, video editors, motion designers, music editors, voice artists, and AI tool operators to bring formats to life. This is not a social media role.
