BESIX Watpac is seeking a Content Manager to manage end-to-end content strategy and production across digital and print channels. This role ensures high-quality, consistent, and engaging content that supports brand objectives while coordinating internal & external stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for:
Develop and execute a digital content strategy across key platforms (website, LinkedIn, Instagram, internal channels) to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Lead end-to-end content planning and delivery, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, on-brand content aligned to business goals.
Lead regular WIP (Work in Progress) meetings, providing clear oversight of active campaigns and content initiatives.
Manage and mentor marketing and communication team members, overseeing workflow, priorities, and output quality.
