• Author institutional‑grade research memos and white papers on emerging real‑estate trends, focusing on the so what? behind the data.
• Monitor and interpret publicly traded REIT performance, earnings calls, supplemental filings, and management guidance to extrapolate sector or market level themes.
• Track real‑estate capital market trends, regulatory developments, and key transaction activity to craft forward‑looking research narratives.
• Produce a monthly Research Insights newsletter summarizing macro trends, debt market liquidity, and significant M&A activity.
• Distill primary and secondary research into concise, actionable intelligence.
• Leverage internal proprietary datasets and public data sources to build and maintain thematic trackers across property types and markets.
