Content Marketing Executive

Requirement

• 2+ years running a brand or creator account that grew ≥10k followers in the career, EdTech, or HR space.
• Comfortable on camera (phone quality is fine) and basic editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar).
• You ship contents without daily hand-holding; proactive in suggesting experiments.
• Native level of Bahasa Malaysia copywriting skills.

Duties

• Publish 5–7 short-form posts (Reels/TikTok/Shorts, carousels, memes, polls) that speak directly to active and passive job-seekers.
• Reply to comments/DMs within 12h, surface trending questions for future posts.
• 1 live session (30 min) per week.
• Maintain a 30-day content calendar aligned with product launches, seasonal hiring spikes, and weekly themes (interviews, networking, ATS, salary negotiation, etc.).
