Content Marketing Officer
who knows how to turn trends into scroll-stopping, high-converting content. This role is for someone who understands that great content isn't just aesthetic—it performs, engages, and drives action.
You'll lead short-form video strategy and execution, with a strong focus on Reels, TikTok, and platform-native content that resonates with Filipino beauty and fashion audiences and moves the needle for the business.
What You'll Own
Short-Form Video Strategy & Production
● Own the strategy and execution of Reels and TikTok content—from ideation to posting
● Produce high-volume, trend-driven short-form videos optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion
● Balance brand storytelling with platform trends, hooks, and formats that perform
Trendspotting & Platform Mastery
