About the role

This is a full-time role as a Content Mod & Travel Account CSR based in Taytay Rizal. You will be working virtually as part of the YWA Human Resource Corporation' team, providing excellent customer service and support to clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of products and services
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
