At HF BPO Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Content Moderator to join our team based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and integrity of online platforms by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. This is a 100% non-voice role with a work-from-home setup.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies
• Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content efficiently
• Provide accurate feedback and insights to improve moderation processes
• Support the development and implementation of content moderation strategies
