Top Alliance is seeking a Content Moderator - 100% Non Voice to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety and appropriateness of content across our digital platforms. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in upholding our company values and protecting our customers' online experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Review user-generated content and flag or remove any material that violates our community guidelines
2. Analyse content across multiple channels including social media, forums and messaging platforms
3. Provide detailed reports on content trends, issues and mitigating actions
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest online safety best practices and platform policy changes
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes
