As Content Moderator 3, you will be a subject matter expert responsible for overseeing the moderation of user-generated content in our games. You will lead by example, mentor junior moderators, and ensure that our community guidelines and standards are upheld to the highest degree.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Oversee and lead the moderation of user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
+ Identify, report, and resolve complex cases of inappropriate content, such as hate speech, harassment, and explicit material.
+ Mentor and train junior content moderators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
