The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and moderating user-generated content on the Social media platform. The role ensures a safe, compliant, and positive experience for all users by following community guidelines and quality standards.

*Requirements*

• * Japanese & English proficiency
• * Strong understanding of online community behavior and content guidelines.
• * Ability to handle sensitive content.
• * Good communication and attention to detail.
• * Willing to work in *rotational shifts*.
• Content moderation or BPO experience is an advantage
