Content Moderator

As a content moderator for a food delivery platform, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all editing tasks within the designated scope. You will need to manage and submit records on time, ensure compliance with merchant requirements, and maintain quality standards when creating and updating menus.

• Efficiently manage all editing tasks within the assigned scope.
• Understand the needs of food delivery platform merchants and ensure alignment with content Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Maintain high-quality standards when creating and updating menus.
• Onboard merchants by setting up new accounts and menus.
• Provide high-quality service to deliver the best merchant experience.
