About the role

Join our dynamic team at Top Alliance as a Content Moderator - Taytay Non-Voice. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating a variety of online content to ensure it aligns with our company's policies and standards. You will be based at our Taytay Rizal office, contributing to the success of our customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

• Review and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, and videos to identify and remove content that violates company policies
• Provide feedback and recommendations to content creators to improve the quality and appropriateness of their submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine content moderation guidelines and processes
