Position Title : Content Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of content creation, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand, goals, and audience needs.
• Streamline and improve content production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, product teams, and marketing to ensure content is consistent across all channels (web, social media, email, etc.).
• Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns and promotions.
• Track content performance through analytics and insights, providing recommendations to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
• Review and ensure content is of high quality, adhering to brand guidelines, tone, and style.
