About the client
Our client is an agency that builds AI creative systems for e-commerce brands and agencies. Think: automated workflows that pump out hundreds of ad variations per month using tools like HeyGen, Claude, n8n, and custom AI pipelines.
The Role
Were looking for a high-agency Operations / AI-First VA to take low-leverage work off the founders plate and keep the agency running smoothly as we scale.
This is not a junior VA role. You'll sit between a VA and an Operations assistant working closely with the founder, developer, and creative strategist.
