Content performance analyst

Olympusat is hiring a Content Performance Analyst to help leadership make faster, more data-supported decisions about programming, content acquisition, scheduling, distribution, and monetization.

This role is being created because the company needs stronger internal capability to understand what content is performing, why it is performing, what is driving revenue, and what programming or acquisition decisions should change based on the data. The CEO wants Olympusat to move away from intuition-based content decisions and toward analysis tied to ratings, acquisition cost, license terms, channel placement, and ROI. The CEO also wants practical reporting that leadership can actually use, including household ratings, prime time performance, and actual airtimes.
