Content & Performance Marketer

We're looking for someone who truly enjoys creating content — from filming fun vlogs to crafting eye-catching visuals — and knows how to turn that creativity into performance marketing results.

If you love being on camera, playing with editing tools, and optimizing ads on Business Suite or TikTok, you might be the perfect fit GA and SEO know-how is a bonus too.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop engaging weekly content (static + video) across Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu (XHS), and TikTok using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns, including Ads, SEM, and SEO, and optimize performance via Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, Google Analytics, and other platforms.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance, reduce CPA, and manage/optimize Search (CPC) and Display (CPM) campaigns.
