Content Producer

Responsibilities
Lead creative concept development and storyboarding for engaging video content, including real estate market research, promotional videos, and event highlights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all branded content aligns with PropNex's voice, values, and objectives.
Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop content promotion strategies that boost visibility and engagement.
Drive initiatives that amplify PropNex's value proposition with a keen eye for detail.
Oversee the planning and coordination of filming locations and schedules.
Write and refine scripts as needed to support video production.
Demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of green screen production, from lighting and shooting to keying and compositing.
Take part in all stages of production (pre-production, video production, post-production), including the creation of video animations and effects.
