The Opportunity

You’ll work directly with the media producer, supporting both operations and creative production.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn systems, understand strategy, and grow with the company.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate recording schedules by checking both studio availability and guest availability.
• Research and identify potential guests aligned with upcoming seasons.
• Conduct outreach to potential guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Receive pre-edited video/audio files from the studio.
• Coordinate handover to editors and track the post-production workflow.
• Maintain episode timelines, checklists, and launch schedules.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Write compelling episode descriptions for podcast platforms.
• Craft engaging reels captions and short-form copy aligned with brand tone.
