Content & Reels Creator

Your Role
Shoot and edit high-quality Instagram & TikTok Reels (3–5 per day)
Stay ahead of trends, audios, transitions & hooks
Create engaging UGC-style, educational, and conversion-focused content
Appear on camera when required
Work closely with performance marketing team for ad creatives
Turn product USPs into compelling visual hooks
Test content formats and iterate based on performance
What We're Looking For
1–3 years experience in short-form content creation
Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm & trending formats
Confident shooting on iPhone + basic lighting setups
Fast editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Premiere Pro)
Comfortable being on camera
Strong aesthetic sense (skincare niche preferred)
Understands retention hooks in first 3 seconds
Can create both organic and ad-style content
