Job Description

                    Dot IT, a growing digital marketing agency serving international clients, is expanding its Social Media department.
 We are looking for a Content & Social Media Lead to own the strategic direction of social accounts, guide the execution team, and ensure content aligns with business goals and KPIs.
 This is a strategic leadership role, not a posting or scheduling role, managing multiple client accounts and collaborating closely with Performance, Design, and Account Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop strategies, content pillars, and monthly frameworks aligned with business goals.
Identify campaign opportunities and ensure platform-specific alignment.
Creative Direction
Lead ideation, campaign concepts, and storytelling direction.
