Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage in-app content categories suitable for the platform, including recruiting talented hosts and PUGC creators.
2. Plan and execute content campaigns to enrich and diversify in-app content offerings.
3. Optimize training materials for each content category and regularly conduct online or offline training sessions for hosts.
4. Leverage internal and external exposure resources to expand the influence of talented hosts and enhance their personal brand image.
5. Oversee the daily operation of the Community, focusing on improving DAU and increasing user posting and engagement rates.
6. Drive revenue growth for talented hosts and cultivate benchmark hosts whose success models can be replicated across different content categories.
