Content Specialist

The Content Specialist at Venturenox is responsible for bringing products alive by writing copy for websites, blogs,social media,user interfacesand other customer facing artefacts. They play a key role in establishing brand identity through words, and building narratives to help customers buy and use the products.

This role is for one of our SaaS products, and experience working in a SaaS company will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the product objectives and create brand guidelines in coordination with product and design teams.
• Write key brand copy such as tagline and description which reflects the brand personality and resonates well with the target audience.
• Write website content and help tell the brand story by partnering with design teams to improve the website structure.
