Content Specialist

We're looking for Live Operator Specialist who leads TikTok live streaming operations, managing talents, coaches, and operators to increase viewers, gifters, branding, and revenue while ensuring smooth operations and TikTok compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee live streaming schedules, campaigns, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor talent performance, attendance, and compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing, creatives, and production teams.
• Develop strategies to grow viewers, engagement, gifters, and revenue.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Support talent development, retention, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field (preferred).
