Head of Content Strategist

A forward-thinking leader is sought to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that drives business results. This role leads the creation, production, and distribution of engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a dual-brand strategy that scales both personal and company brands without cannibalization.
• Create innovative formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) and oversee end-to-end delivery including hooks, storyboarding, and final cut alignment with the vision.
• Recruit and onboard required talent (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts) to realize concepts.
