Role summary

Build Grantbii's (proprietary platform of RIC) content engine across LinkedIn and long-form channels: turning grants and business growth insights into **clear, credible, high-performing** content. You'll operate with a strong cadence, strong structure, and strong ownership.

What you'll do

• Write and publish LinkedIn content (brand + founder voice): hooks, story arcs, CTAs, carousels (with design support)

• Produce monthly long-form + short-form articles (guides, explainers, case studies, POV)

• Draft newsletter/EDM content to support campaigns and lead nurturing

• Repurpose content across formats: post → carousel → article → newsletter

• Maintain content calendar + content library (templates, angles, proof points, FAQs)

• Track performance and iterate (engagement quality, CTR, conversions)
