Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Continental Cook to prepare and serve high-quality continental dishes, ensuring hygiene, taste, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills and at least 5–8 years of proven experience in continental cuisine.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Control portion sizes and minimize food wastage.
• Supervise kitchen helpers as required.
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation.
