**Main responsibilities:**

+ General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations
+ Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities
+ Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors
+ Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items
+ Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination
+ Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date
