Continous Improvement Engineer

Eaton's IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Continous Improvement Engineer.
**What you'll do**:
**Primary Function**:
This position drives, manages and leads continuous improvement programs, tools and methodologies from both, internal and corporate sources, aimed to improve all the known key performance indicators of the plant, and enhancing the learning capabilities of the organization.
**Essential Functions**:
- Promote a strong deployment of safe work environment while promoting maintaining high levels of 5S+ across all product lines in the plant.
- In charge of the Operational Excellence Management system of the facility.
- Drive the deployment of the Eaton Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, EBS Pull and PROLaunch systems.
- Develop new or modify existing processes or procedures to ensure continuous improvement on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
