Continuing Care Assistant

Overview

Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community-setting services. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Continuing Care Assistants in Training. In this role, you will undergo training that would help become a successful Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) and provide essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Each shift may be varied and could include helping with daily activities of living, personal care, respite for caregivers, recreation activities or meal preparation. Care takes place in the home of the client.

The Successful Continuing Care Assistant in Training must have
