Shannex is inviting applications for the Continuing Care Assistant role. In this position, you will assist residents with various daily activities, including hygiene, mobility, and mealtime support. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide mealtime support and snacks for residents
• Document resident care accurately per facility policy
• Engage in planning and implementing leisure activities
• Communicate essential information to the Supervisor
Requirements:
• Completed Continuing Care Assistant program or equivalent
